A nourishing peptide cleanser for soft, supple and comfortably clean skin
A luxurious facial soufflé that creates a rich, cushiony lather to remove makeup, excess oil and daily impurities without leaving the skin feeling tight or stripped. Apple fruit water, sodium PCA and sodium lactate help maintain moisture, while olive oil, argan oil, shea butter and mango seed butter condition dry or depleted skin.
A multi-peptide complex, red algae and antioxidant-rich botanical extracts complement the formula, helping the complexion feel soft, refreshed and more supple after cleansing. It is especially well suited to dry, dehydrated and mature skin that enjoys the freshness of a foaming cleanser but needs a more comforting finish.
Benefits
- Removes makeup, excess oil and surface impurities
- Cleanses without leaving dry skin feeling tight or stripped
- Helps maintain moisture and post-cleansing comfort
- Softens and conditions with botanical oils and plant butters
- Supports smoother, firmer and more supple-looking skin
- Leaves the complexion feeling refreshed rather than depleted
- Creates a rich, creamy lather from a pea-sized amount
Best For
Peptide Foam Cleanser is particularly well suited to:
- Dry, dehydrated or balanced-to-dry skin
- Mature skin and visible loss of elasticity
- Tightness or discomfort after cleansing
- Dull or tired-looking skin
- Those who enjoy a foaming cleanser but want a softer finish
- Normal or combination skin that prefers a rich, creamy cleanse
- Morning cleansing or the second step of an evening double cleanse
Why It Is Different
Foaming cleansers are often associated with a very deep, sometimes drying finish. Peptide Foam Cleanser takes a more replenishing approach by combining a gentle amino acid-derived cleansing agent with humectants, botanical oils and rich plant butters.
The formula also contains palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 and saccharomyces polypeptides. These ingredients support the appearance of smoother, more resilient skin, although this remains a rinse-off cleanser and should not replace a targeted leave-on peptide serum.
- Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7: Helps support smoother-looking texture and visible elasticity.
- Palmitoyl Hexapeptide-12: A signal peptide used to support firmer, more supple-looking skin.
- Sodium PCA and Sodium Lactate: Natural moisturizing factors that attract water and help maintain skin comfort.
- Shea and Mango Seed Butters: Rich emollients that soften and condition dry-feeling skin.
- Olive and Argan Oils: Provide nourishing fatty acids that support softness and flexibility.
- Red Algae: Helps condition the skin and contributes to a smoother, softer feel.
- Red Ginseng, Licorice and Chamomile: Botanical extracts with antioxidant and skin-conditioning properties.
How to Use
Use morning and evening.
Lather a pea-sized amount with warm water between the palms. Gently massage over the face, neck and décolletage using light circular motions, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. Follow with toner or facial mist, serum and moisturizer. Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning.
Loshen & Crem’s Recommendation
Peptide Foam Cleanser is an excellent choice for clients who love the freshness and ritual of a foaming cleanser but find that traditional foams leave their skin tight or uncomfortable.
Use lukewarm rather than hot water and avoid aggressive scrubbing. The cleanser should be massaged gently across the skin and rinsed thoroughly.
For waterproof makeup, long-wear foundation or water-resistant sunscreen, begin with an oil or balm cleanser and use Peptide Foam Cleanser as your second cleanse. It can generally be used alone as a morning cleanser.
Because the formula contains fragrance, highly sensitive or fragrance-reactive skin should patch test before use.

Peptide Foam Cleanser and Brightening Cleanser
Peptide Foam Cleanser and Brightening Cleanser serve different skin needs.
Choose Peptide Foam Cleanser if your skin is dry, dehydrated or mature and you want a rich, comforting cleanser without exfoliating acids.
Choose Brightening Cleanser if your skin is normal to oily, congested or visibly dull and you want the exfoliating benefits of 2% mandelic acid. Mandelic acid is derived from bitter almonds, so Brightening Cleanser is not recommended for those with nut allergies.
Peptide Foam Cleanser supports softness and comfort, while Brightening Cleanser focuses more directly on exfoliation, clarity and uneven-looking pigmentation.

Frequently Asked Questions
What skin types is Peptide Foam Cleanser best for?
It is particularly well suited to dry, dehydrated, balanced-to-dry and mature skin. Normal or combination skin may also enjoy it if a richer, more conditioning cleanser is preferred.
Does Peptide Foam Cleanser remove makeup?
It can remove everyday makeup and surface impurities. For waterproof eye makeup, long-wear foundation or water-resistant sunscreen, use it as the second step of a double cleanse.
Can sensitive skin use it?
The formula contains several conditioning botanical extracts, but it also contains fragrance. Highly sensitive or fragrance-reactive skin should patch test carefully before regular use.
Will it leave dry skin feeling tight?
It was formulated with humectants, botanical oils and plant butters to create a softer, more comfortable finish than many traditional foaming cleansers. Individual results can still vary.
Do the peptides in this cleanser stimulate collagen production?
The formula contains peptides associated with the appearance of firmness and elasticity. However, Peptide Foam Cleanser is a rinse-off product, so it should not be presented as equivalent to a leave-on peptide serum or treatment.
Is Peptide Foam Cleanser exfoliating?
No. It does not contain a dedicated exfoliating acid. Clients wanting an exfoliating cleanser for dullness, congestion or uneven-looking pigmentation may prefer Le Mieux Brightening Cleanser.
Can oily or blemish-prone skin use it?
It may suit dehydrated blemish-prone skin or combination skin that prefers a richer cleanser. Consistently oily or congested skin may prefer the lighter, exfoliating profile of Brightening Cleanser.
Can it be used every day?
Yes. It is designed for morning and evening use. If cleansing twice daily contributes to dryness, use it in the evening and rinse with water or follow professional guidance in the morning.
