How to Use:
- Use once weekly for four weeks as an intensive treatment.
- Remove and unfold the two sheet masks.
- Peel off the protective film from the face mask.
- Apply the face mask gel-side down onto cleansed skin, aligning with the eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Remove the second protective film and apply the neck mask.
- Leave on for a minimum of 7 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes.
- Remove the masks from the bottom upwards.
- Gently massage excess serum into the skin until fully absorbed.
- Do not rinse.
- Follow with moisturizer if desired.
- In the morning, finish with sunscreen.

Priority Shipping — Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days*

Processing: Orders placed before 2 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates and remote destinations: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Remote destinations may require additional transit time.

Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking information, so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@loshen.ca with photos and details. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Tips to Avoid Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Opt for a signature upon receipt (required for orders over $350 CAD).
- Have your package delivered to your workplace.
- If you’re not home on the expected delivery date, ask a neighbor to receive your package.
Unclaimed Parcels
If your package is returned to us unclaimed, we’ll issue a refund minus a $29.95 CAD return shipping fee.
