- Hydrolyzed eruca sativa leaf: helps to promote vibrant, healthy skin.
- Kakadu plum extract: Australian super fruit that yields 100 times the Vitamin C found in an orange. Potent antioxidant that helps boost and brighten skin luminosity while diminishing the appearance of flushing and uneven skin tone.
- L-ascorbic acid: scientifically-advanced, stabilized form of vitamin C, which helps to protect against the visual effects of photo-damage while providing calming properties.
- Superoxide dismutase (SOD): a uniquely designed, antioxidant-rich natural enzyme that helps protect against the visual effects of photo-damage while supporting healthy skin.

Vitamin C Products and Fizzing:
iS CLINICAL products containing Vitamin C may occasionally fizz or bubble when opened. This results from shaking and pressure changes experienced by the product during shipping and does not affect product efficacy.
- We recommend that, on first opening the product, the cap be turned one-quarter turn to break theseal and then allowed to rest for approximately thirty seconds. The cap should continue to be turned one-quarter turn at intervals of several seconds until the container has been fully opened.
These products should be stored at room temperature or below but not at freezing temperatures and not in direct sunlight.

Returns & Refunds
At Loshen & Crem, we understand that sometimes, even the most carefully chosen product might not be "the one."
- Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened and unused products in perfect condition—just as they arrived.
- Refunds: If your return reaches us within 30 days from delivery, you’ll have the choice between a refund or store credit (your preference, naturellement). After 30 days, store credit is your only option. Beyond 40 days, refunds and credits are no longer possible.
Final Sale Items
Promotional Items: Products purchased at a discount during promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Markdown Items: Items marked as Final Markdown are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Hair Care Products, Nail Polishes, Nail Treatments & Makeup: Due to hygiene and quality control standards, all purchases in these categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Electrical Devices : Electrical devices are final sale for change-of-mind returns — we're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you simply change your mind. If a device arrives defective or develops a fault, please see our Warranties section below for manufacturer warranty support.
Seasonal Items: Seasonal and limited-edition items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Final Sale on Store Credit Purchases: Any items purchased using store credit issued from a previous return will be considered final sale. These items are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
All amounts are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. Order thresholds are calculated after discounts, before taxes and shipping.
Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days*
Orders $149.01 and over: FREE
Orders $149 and under: $25
Priority Shipping — Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days*
Orders $249.01 and over: FREE
Orders $249 and under: $30
Processing: Orders placed before 2 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates and remote destinations: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Remote destinations may require additional transit time.
Product exclusions — Canada: Heavy items, including candles and one-litre shampoos, and selected promotional items are eligible for Standard shipping only, even when your order meets the complimentary Priority-shipping threshold. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
United States
Complimentary Priority shipping is available on orders of $350 USD or more. Orders below this threshold are subject to a $48.95 CAD shipping fee. Promotional shipping rates may apply during MistleGlow.
The following are excluded from our U.S. shipping zone: Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

Shipping Address Details
For a smooth delivery, please provide all relevant information, including buzzer codes, directional suffixes (North, South, etc.), or special instructions.

Address Changes: Once your package has left our warehouse, address updates cannot be made. If you need to make changes before dispatch, email us at info@loshen.ca with your order details.

Carrier Fees: Any changes made with the courier after dispatch will incur a $32 CAD fee, and the Free Express Shipping option will be deducted from your La Crème Points account.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking information, so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@loshen.ca with photos and details. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Tips to Avoid Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Opt for a signature upon receipt (required for orders over $350 CAD).
- Have your package delivered to your workplace.
- If you’re not home on the expected delivery date, ask a neighbor to receive your package.
Unclaimed Parcels
If your package is returned to us unclaimed, we’ll issue a refund minus a $29.95 CAD return shipping fee.
