Worth knowing
A closer look at your skin, your routine and what goes into the formula.
Circadia Vitamin A Gel is a fast-absorbing gel formulated with 1% retinol, for sun-exposed, uneven skin and visible signs of time.
Retinol supports skin's natural renewal to help reduce the look of discoloration, uneven texture and marks left by past breakouts, for a smoother, brighter-looking complexion. It also helps reduce the look of lines on sun-exposed skin.
Because it is a concentrated retinoid, it is best introduced gradually: start with 3 nights a week and build up to 5. Retinol can make skin more sensitive to the sun, so wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen every day while using it.
Retinol rewards patience. Vitamin A Gel is a concentrated, focused step, and we like it best introduced slowly, a few nights a week, with sunscreen every single morning. Let your skin adjust, and the smoother, more even look follows.
Sun-exposed, uneven skin
Apply it on fully dry skin and keep it away from the corners of the nose and mouth at first.
Alcohol, Aqua/Water, Retinol, Polysorbate 20, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Aminomethyl Propanol.
Start with 3 nights a week and gradually build up to 5 nights a week, to avoid flaking.

Circadia Vitamin A Gel is a fast-absorbing gel formulated with 1% retinol. It supports skin’s natural renewal to help reduce the look of discoloration, uneven texture and marks left by past breakouts, for a smoother, brighter-looking complexion. In the evening after cleansing, apply a drop to the areas of concern on the face and neck. Avoid contact with the eyes. To avoid flaking, start with 3 nights a week and gradually build up to 5 nights a week. Retinol can make skin more sensitive to the sun, so wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen every day while using this product.
Go slowly with Vitamin A Gel and let your skin adjust. We like to pair it with Circadia Vitamin A Boosting Cream: apply the gel first to focus on tone and texture, then follow with the cream to nourish and comfort the skin while it adapts. Every morning, finish with a sunscreen such as Circadia Circa-Shield Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30. If you are new to retinol or have sensitive skin, book a consultation and we will help you plan how to start.
