Its botanical and clay-based formula, built around Illite, helps remove excess surface sebum while supporting a more balanced environment, without intentionally stripping or dehydrating the skin.

Remove it with cold water, as Biologique Recherche directs, and never use it on bleached hair.

How to use

1. On the face: after cleansing and Lotion P50, apply Masque Bain de Plantes over the face, neck and décolleté, avoiding the eye contour area.
2. Leave on for 15 minutes.
3. Emulsify with cold water, then rinse thoroughly using moistened non-woven gauze or soft cotton.
4. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; in case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
5. On the scalp and body: Biologique Recherche also recommends the mask for oily and very oily Scalp Instants and for the body. We personalize the scalp protocol and frequency with you, including how it fits with Lotion P50 Capillaire and your shampoo routine.
6. Do not use on bleached hair.
7. For external use only.

Yes. It is one of the relatively rare Biologique Recherche products specifically positioned for oily and very oily Scalp Instants.

Can it be used on the body?

Yes. Biologique Recherche describes it as a mask for the face, body and scalp, which makes it particularly useful when excess sebum or congestion affects more than just the face.

Does it contain essential oils?

Yes. The current formula includes Rosemary Leaf Oil and Thyme Flower/Leaf Oil, along with several naturally occurring aromatic constituents. If you have known fragrance or essential-oil sensitivities, please contact us before purchasing.
