Blemish-prone skin is often treated too harshly: scrubs, drying lotions, skipping moisturizer. The skin answers with more oil and more irritation. This routine does the opposite: steady exfoliation with glycolic and salicylic acids, niacinamide to balance the look of oil, weightless hydration and daily SPF.

A few useful details before making it part of your routine.

Can this kit replace a treatment from my doctor?

No. These are cosmetic products that help the look of oily, congested skin. If you have a diagnosed condition or are using a prescription, book a consultation with our estheticians first so we can make sure the routine fits alongside it.

Why moisturize if my skin is oily?

Because dehydrated skin often looks oilier and more irritated. Light Hydration gives weightless moisture so the exfoliating steps stay comfortable.

How long before I see a difference?

Skin renews over several weeks, so give the routine at least six to eight weeks of consistent use. Some congestion can surface in the first weeks as pores clear.

Can I use it while pregnant?

The routine contains salicylic acid, and Light Hydration contains retinyl palmitate, a vitamin A derivative. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your healthcare provider before use.

Does the SPF clog pores?

Daily Protection SPF 30 is light and absorbs quickly. If you find chemical sunscreens don’t suit your skin, the Tinted Mineral SPF 30 is a mineral alternative we often suggest for blemish-prone skin.

I havean't tried the kit yet but I have bought other Biophora products and I am impressed with their products. I have had great success with their acne prone products and I feel that my complexion has never been better.

You get about 4-6 weeks of products in this kit. A little goes a long way! Helped clear my stubborn acne, some products are strong though so I recommend a consultation before purchasing to make sure it’s the right fit :)
