The Loshen perspective

Why you’ll love it.

The cool-down your skin asks for after exfoliation.

The Multi-Vitamin Freeze Mask is the one we reach for when skin looks warm, red or blotchy. Kaolin clay refines the look of pores without the tight, dry feeling of many clay masks, while aloe, witch hazel and a complex of vitamins A, C, E, D3, K and B5 hydrate and calm. Its neutral pH makes it the perfect finish after a peel or an exfoliation.

After the Enzyme Exfoliator, it turns an evening at home into a real facial. If you react to essential oils or have a milk allergy, talk to us first: it contains lavender oil, menthol and lactose.

Skin knowledge

Beyond the ingredient list.

Freeze Mask on its own, or the Duo?

The Multi-Vitamin Freeze Mask works beautifully on its own whenever skin feels warm, red or congested. The Enzyme Exfoliating Mask + Multi-Vitamin Freeze Mask Duo pairs it with Biophora’s fruit-enzyme exfoliator in smaller sizes, for a full two-step facial.

Our lens: if you already own an exfoliant you love, choose the Freeze Mask alone in its full size. If you want to try the complete at-home facial first, the Duo is the easiest way to start.

Is this right for you?

A little guidance for your next step.

A thoughtful choice if…

Your skin looks red, warm or blotchy after exfoliation, you want to refine the look of pores without drying out, or you love a cooling at-home facial once or twice a week.

Consider first…

It contains retinyl palmitate, a vitamin A derivative: if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or avoiding vitamin A, check with your healthcare provider first. It also contains lavender oil, menthol and lactose, so speak with us first if you react to essential oils or have a milk allergy.

Product questions

Your questions, answered.

A few useful details before making it part of your routine.

How often should I use it?

Once or twice a week, or whenever your skin feels warm and reactive after exfoliation.

Will it dry out my skin like other clay masks?

It is much gentler than most. Kaolin is a soft clay, and aloe, glycerin and hyaluronic acid keep the skin hydrated. Rinse it off before it feels tight.

Can I use it if I am pregnant?

It contains retinyl palmitate, a vitamin A derivative. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or avoiding vitamin A, check with your healthcare provider before use.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Often, yes: it is cooling and pH-neutral. It does contain lavender oil and menthol, so patch test first if your skin reacts to essential oils.

Does it contain dairy?

Yes, it contains lactose. If you have a milk allergy, speak with our estheticians before using it.
