If your face feels tight the moment you step out of the shower, your cleanser is probably taking too much with it. Latte Blu is the opposite: a creamy, oxygenating cleanser with hyaluronic acid, peptides and vitamins that cleans thoroughly and leaves the skin plumper, softer and comfortable.

Why does my skin feel tight after cleansing?

That squeaky, tight feeling is not a sign of clean skin. It usually means the cleanser removed more of the skin’s own oils and water than it needed to, which is why dry and dehydrated skin often feels worse after washing, not better.

Our lens: skin should feel soft and comfortable after you rinse. If it doesn’t, switch to a creamy cleanser like Latte Blu, use lukewarm rather than hot water, and apply your toner and serum while the skin is still slightly damp.

    A hydrating serum helps hold in the moisture.

  4. Moisturize

    Seal it all in with your moisturizer, and finish with SPF in the morning.

Does it foam?

Not much, and that is part of the point. It is a creamy cleanser that turns silkier with a little warm water. Remove it with a warm facecloth for the best result.

Will it remove makeup?

Yes, everyday makeup lifts away well, and the facecloth helps. For heavy or waterproof makeup, cleanse twice.

Does it contain essential oils?

Yes, lavender oil. If your skin reacts to essential oils, patch test first or speak with our estheticians, who can suggest an alternative.

Can I use it during pregnancy?

It contains retinyl palmitate, a gentle vitamin A derivative, in a rinse-off formula. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or avoiding vitamin A, check with your healthcare provider before use.

Is it suitable for oily skin?

It is made for dry and dehydrated skin. Oily or congestion-prone skin usually does better with a gel, like Bioactive Cleanser, though some of our clients use Latte Blu in the evening in winter.
