Biologique Recherche Sérum Collagène Originel is an intensive serum for visible wrinkles and plumpness, designed for skin showing established wrinkles, reduced density and a complexion that no longer looks as full or supported as it once did. Collagen plays an essential role in how firm and dense skin looks, and several collagen types exist within the different layers of the skin. Collagène Originel is designed around this broader understanding of skin structure: rather than thinking only about the surface appearance of a wrinkle, think of it as a structural and plumping serum. Its formula combines Hydrolyzed Soy Flour, Chlorella Vulgaris Extract and Hydrolyzed Collagen with glycerin, mineral salts and saponins. It helps skin look smoother, firmer and more densely plumped while visibly reducing the appearance and length of wrinkles. With continued use, the complexion looks more supported, cushioned and refined.

What does "redensifying" mean?
It refers to improving the appearance of skin that has begun to look thinner, less cushioned or less supported, so it looks fuller, plumper and more resilient.
Does topical collagen replace the collagen in my skin?
No. A skincare product does not simply replace the collagen naturally found in the skin. Collagène Originel is formulated to improve how the skin looks rather than to replace your natural collagen.
Is it for fine lines or deeper wrinkles?
It may be used when wrinkles are visible, but we particularly like it when lines are becoming more established and come with a loss of density or plumpness. For very early fine lines where elasticity is the greater concern, Sérum Elastine may be the more targeted choice.
How is it different from VG Tensil and Progeskin?
VG Tensil focuses on tone, firmness and contour definition. Progeskin takes a broader approach to visible signs of aging. Collagène Originel is more specifically targeted to wrinkles, density and plumpness.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. Biologique Recherche recommends a few drops morning and evening, according to the needs of your Skin Instant.
When should I apply it?
After cleansing and your Lotion P50. If you use several serums, apply the lighter, more fluid ones first, then Collagène Originel, then your moisturizer.
