Theragun PRO Plus is an advanced massage gun for people who want more ways to care for tired, tight muscles. It combines deep percussive massage with a heated massage attachment, a gentler vibration attachment and built-in near-infrared LED light. How It Works

Theragun PRO Plus lets you choose the type of sensation that suits the area you want to treat:

• Percussive massage: Five speeds and five shaped attachments help target larger muscles or smaller areas of tension.
• Heated percussive massage: The included Heat attachment pairs warmth with massage to help loosen stiff-feeling muscles.
• Vibration: The included Vibration attachment offers a gentler option for sensitive areas and muscles around a joint.
• Near-infrared LED: Built into the device, the light can be used alongside percussive massage, heat or vibration. It is most effective when directed at bare skin.
• Optional cold therapy: The compatible Cold Plus attachment is sold separately. The infrared LED does not operate during a cold treatment.

The screen displays guided routines and treatment settings. A built-in sensor can also display your heart rate during supported routines.

How to Use

1. With the device turned off, choose and secure the attachment suited to your treatment area.
2. Turn on Theragun PRO Plus and select Quick Start or a guided routine on its screen.
3. Begin at a comfortable speed. Move slowly over the muscle using light to moderate pressure.
4. Add heat, vibration or near-infrared LED as desired and follow the guidance shown on the device.

Start around an uncomfortable spot rather than pressing directly into it. For near-infrared LED treatment, Therabody recommends approximately 90 seconds per area on bare skin.
