How to use:

We recommend three to five 10-minute weekly treatments for four to six weeks, followed by maintenance as desired.

  • Peel back the hydrocolloid patch adhesive side 1 (marked with a device icon) and adhere to the Skin Corrector device.
  • Peel back adhesive side 2 (marked with a face icon) and place the device directly to the skin where desired.
  • Turn on the device and conduct the 10-minute treatment. Hydrocolloid patches are single-use only.

Vitamin C visibly brightens skin tone

Azelaic acid helps reduce the appearance of dark spots

CMC Carboxymethyl cellulose (Cellulose Gum), Styrene/Isoprene Copolymer , Homopolymer, Hydrogenated Rosin, Paraffinum Liquidum (Mineral oil), PET, Azelaic Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Hyaluronate and Pentaerythritol tetrakis.

    At Loshen & Crem, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. While we are unable to honor the 30-day satisfaction guarantee for Omnilux devices, we do uphold the manufacturer's warranty for defective products. If your device is defective upon arrival or develops an issue covered under warranty, please reach out to us at info@loshen.ca, and we will assist you in initiating a warranty claim directly with Omnilux.

    PLEASE REGISTER YOUR DEVICE :

    To register your device for warranty you will need to directly request it from OMNILUX.
    Please take a picture of your receipt or order confirmation (proof of purchase) from Loshen & Crem and email info@omniluxled.com.

    Omnilux devices are covered under a manufacturer's warranty if your product fails after the initial return window. Under normal use, Omnilux devices are warranted for 2 years from the date of delivery on your original order. The controller is warranted for 1 year.

    If you suspect a fault with your device and would like to start a warranty request, please request a Return Authorization Number by contacting us at info@omniluxled.com. Someone from their team will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days via email with further instructions. You will need to provide proof of purchase with your request by attaching your original receipt or order confirmation at the time of submitting your warranty request. The Omnilux manufacturer’s warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.
