A water-based and rich-foaming cleansing fluid formulated with a gentle yet highly efficient surfactant system, Higher Capacity Cleansing Fluid functions as a makeup remover and a daily cleanser, designed to remove surface oil, dirt, and sunscreen residue. The already-gentle surfactant system is further enhanced with 10% glycerin and a calming complex to reduce the appearance of redness, increase skin's tolerance capacity, and leave a refreshed skin without feeling tight or overly dry.

How to use:
- Daily cleansing: use it as a conventional daily cleanser - dispense into the palm of your hand, lather, and wash for at least 20 seconds.
- Makeup remover: for highly water-resistant makeup, use it similar to micellar water - saturate a cotton pad, press into the skin, and let the makeup dissolve, then gently wipe away. Follow up with another wash to remove the remaining residues.

At Loshen & Crem, we understand that sometimes, even the most carefully chosen product might not be "the one."
- Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened and unused products in perfect condition—just as they arrived.
- Refunds: If your return reaches us within 30 days from delivery, you’ll have the choice between a refund or store credit (your preference, naturellement). After 30 days, store credit is your only option. Beyond 40 days, refunds and credits are no longer possible.
Final Sale Items
Promotional Items: Products purchased at a discount during promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Markdown Items: Items marked as Final Markdown are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Hair Care Products, Nail Polishes, Nail Treatments & Makeup: Due to hygiene and quality control standards, all purchases in these categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Electrical Devices : Electrical devices are final sale for change-of-mind returns — we're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you simply change your mind. If a device arrives defective or develops a fault, please see our Warranties section below for manufacturer warranty support.
Seasonal Items: Seasonal and limited-edition items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Final Sale on Store Credit Purchases: Any items purchased using store credit issued from a previous return will be considered final sale. These items are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
All amounts are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. Order thresholds are calculated after discounts, before taxes and shipping.
Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days*
Orders $149.01 and over: FREE
Orders $149 and under: $25
Priority Shipping — Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days*
Orders $249.01 and over: FREE
Orders $249 and under: $30
Processing: Orders placed before 2 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates and remote destinations: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Remote destinations may require additional transit time.
Product exclusions — Canada: Heavy items, including candles and one-litre shampoos, and selected promotional items are eligible for Standard shipping only, even when your order meets the complimentary Priority-shipping threshold. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
United States
Complimentary Priority shipping is available on orders of $350 USD or more. Orders below this threshold are subject to a $48.95 CAD shipping fee. Promotional shipping rates may apply during MistleGlow.
The following are excluded from our U.S. shipping zone: Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
West Coast: 2–3 business days
Midwest: 2–3 business days
East Coast: 3–4 business days
Please note that additional processing time may apply, and deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Address Details
For a smooth delivery, please provide all relevant information, including buzzer codes, directional suffixes (North, South, etc.), or special instructions.

Address Changes: Once your package has left our warehouse, address updates cannot be made. If you need to make changes before dispatch, email us at info@loshen.ca with your order details.

Carrier Fees: Any changes made with the courier after dispatch will incur a $32 CAD fee, and the Free Express Shipping option will be deducted from your La Crème Points account.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking information, so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@loshen.ca with photos and details. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Tips to Avoid Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Opt for a signature upon receipt (required for orders over $350 CAD).
- Have your package delivered to your workplace.
- If you’re not home on the expected delivery date, ask a neighbor to receive your package.
Unclaimed Parcels
If your package is returned to us unclaimed, we’ll issue a refund minus a $29.95 CAD return shipping fee.
