This soothing, calming and strengthening serum helps combat inflammation, making it ideal after medical or cosmetic surgery.
It reduces skin’s sensitivity and alleviates the feeling of tightness while strengthening and restructuring the epidermis.
With its formula containing 12 active ingredients, Sérum Biosensible helps restructure and soothe the skin tissue.
From the first application, cutaneous redness diminishes and it provides a genuine sensation of relief and comfort.

How to use:
To the face, neck and decolleté.
On a clean skin, apply before the recommended cream two or three times per week, 4-5 drops of serum to the entire face, neck and decolleté, morning and/or evening, using light upward effleurages.
Intensive Treatment:
Apply twice a day, morning and evening, for the full duration of an epidermal renewal cycle (28 days).
Maintenance Care:
Apply twice a week, morning and/or evening, according to the progress noticed on desensitization

Returns & Refunds
At Loshen & Crem, we understand that sometimes, even the most carefully chosen product might not be "the one."
- Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened and unused products in perfect condition—just as they arrived.
- Refunds: If your return reaches us within 30 days from delivery, you’ll have the choice between a refund or store credit (your preference, naturellement). After 30 days, store credit is your only option. Beyond 40 days, refunds and credits are no longer possible.
Final Sale Items
Promotional Items: Products purchased at a discount during promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Markdown Items: Items marked as Final Markdown are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
All amounts are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. Order thresholds are calculated after discounts, before taxes and shipping.
Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days*
Orders $149.01 and over: FREE
Orders $149 and under: $25
Priority Shipping — Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days*
Orders $249.01 and over: FREE
Orders $249 and under: $30
Processing: Orders placed before 2 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates and remote destinations: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Remote destinations may require additional transit time.
Product exclusions — Canada: Heavy items, including candles and one-litre shampoos, and selected promotional items are eligible for Standard shipping only, even when your order meets the complimentary Priority-shipping threshold. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
United States
Complimentary Priority shipping is available on orders of $350 USD or more. Orders below this threshold are subject to a $48.95 CAD shipping fee. Promotional shipping rates may apply during MistleGlow.
The following are excluded from our U.S. shipping zone: Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

Shipping Address Details
For a smooth delivery, please provide all relevant information, including buzzer codes, directional suffixes (North, South, etc.), or special instructions.

Address Changes: Once your package has left our warehouse, address updates cannot be made. If you need to make changes before dispatch, email us at info@loshen.ca with your order details.

Carrier Fees: Any changes made with the courier after dispatch will incur a $32 CAD fee, and the Free Express Shipping option will be deducted from your La Crème Points account.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking information, so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@loshen.ca with photos and details. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Tips to Avoid Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Opt for a signature upon receipt (required for orders over $350 CAD).
- Have your package delivered to your workplace.
- If you’re not home on the expected delivery date, ask a neighbor to receive your package.
Unclaimed Parcels
If your package is returned to us unclaimed, we’ll issue a refund minus a $29.95 CAD return shipping fee.
