How It Works

Theragun Mini uses rapid, repeated pulses to massage muscles. Choose the attachment that feels right for the area you want to address:

• Dampener: A gentler option for tender or sensitive muscles.
• Standard Ball: An all-purpose attachment for larger and smaller muscle groups.
• Thumb: A more focused attachment for areas such as the lower back and muscle knots.

Three speeds—1,750, 2,100 and 2,400 percussions per minute—let you adjust the experience without changing devices.

How to Use

1. With the device turned off, attach the Dampener, Standard Ball or Thumb.
2. Press and hold the power button to turn it on. Press again to move through the three speeds.
3. Begin on the lowest speed and move the attachment slowly across the muscle using light to moderate pressure.
4. Work around a tender spot before moving directly over it. Stop if the massage causes pain or discomfort.
5. Press and hold the button to turn the device off. For travel, press the button three times quickly to activate the lock.

Use the Therabody app for guided routines that suggest areas, attachments and settings. The app is optional for operating the device. Follow the user manual’s precautions; Theragun Mini is intended for muscles, not direct use on the face or throat.
