Because of this, what you apply, and when you apply it, matters.

This solution is not sterile, and should not be used on freshly microneedled skin. Instead, it is positioned as a post-recovery support step, once the skin has begun to close and stabilize.

Recommended for:

• Clients experienced with at-home microneedling
• Early signs of aging or loss of elasticity
• Uneven texture or post-acne irregularities
• Skin that can tolerate stimulation and is not sensitized
• Not recommended for reactive, compromised, or highly inflamed skin

How to use:

To be used only with safe, superficial at-home microneedling practices

1. Cleanse skin thoroughly and ensure your device is properly sanitized
2. Use needle depths no greater than 0.25 mm at home
3. Work gently—no pressure, no aggressive passes

Do not apply this solution during or immediately after microneedling

Wait a minimum of 24 hours before applying, ensuring the skin is no longer open or sensitized

Apply a thin layer to clean skin and allow it to absorb fully

Avoid active ingredients (retinoids, acids, exfoliants) during the recovery window

Daily SPF is essential

Never share your microneedling device

Loshen & Crem’s recommendation:

Microneedling is not about how aggressively you treat the skin, it’s about how well the skin is allowed to heal.

Most at-home microneedling leads to unnecessary inflammation because of:
Too much depth
Too much frequency
Incorrect product use during the healing phase

We recommend keeping treatments superficial, infrequent (every 6–8 weeks), and controlled.

Because this formula is not sterile, we do not support its use on freshly microneedled skin. Instead, we use it as a supportive step once the skin has begun its recovery process.

For deeper collagen stimulation, corrective treatments, or consistent long-term results, professional microneedling remains the gold standard.

At home, the priority is simple: protect the skin, respect the healing phase, and do less, but do it properly.
