Cosmelan 2 Cream is a depigmenting topical cream that has an intensive corrective action on skin hyperpigmentation to inhibit and control the appearance of new dark spots. 

It has a dual corrective and controlling action, achieving short- and long-term results by keeping hyperpigmentation under control.

How to use:

Cosmelan 2 is applied to clean, dry skin once per day at night.  Apply Melan Recovery.

We strongly recommend Cosmelan 2 cream be used in conjunction with the prescribed products from Mesoestetic. We recommend the following be used:

    One week in- so far my acne has reduced, but the spots are still very dark

    I’ve been using the cream for just over a week, I haven’t seen any lightening of the skin, but my acne has improved. This product does contain some acne fighting ingredients.
