AGE-RESPONSE COMPOUND K HYALURONIC BOOSTER
Anti-aging boosting serum supercharged with 2,700 ppm of VENN’s patented form of Ginsenoside Compound K, a key anti-aging active in Panax ginseng with free-radical-fighting antioxidant power as strong as L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) but without stability and oxidation issues. The booster features VENN’s patented technology to water-solubilize Compound K in high concentrations and effectively deliver for brighter, firmer, and more even-looking skin.
The booster is also packed with 5 different types of medium- and high-weight hyaluronic molecules, Peptides, Polyamine, Glutathione, and Vitamins B1, B2, B3 (Niacinamide), and B9 that work synergistically with Compound K to provide comprehensive anti-aging skin benefits, including visible reduction in the appearance of pores, fine lines, wrinkles, discoloration and redness.
Ginsenoside Compound K :
When researching next-generation antioxidants, Venn discovered Ginsenoside Compound K, an active metabolite and a key bioactive component of Panax ginseng. Studies have shown that it helps promote collagen synthesis and fights comprehensive signs of aging, including dryness, hyperpigmentation, UV-induced skin damage, wrinkles, and loss of elasticity and firmness. But due to its extremely low solubility in water, Ginsenoside Compound K has been prevented from being effectively used in skincare formulations – until now.
VENN was granted patent in South Korea on our water-solubilized form of Ginsenoside Compound K and our method of water-solubilizing Compound K. They showed through a third-party in-vitro study that Ginsenoside Compound K exhibits as high antioxidant power as Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) when it is water-solubilized at a concentration of 750ppm. With their patented Solubilization Technology, they are able to water-solubilize Ginsenoside Compound K at a concentration of 400,000ppm.
Compound K vs Vitamin C
How does Ginsenoside Compound K compare against one of the world’s most well-known antioxidants, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid)? A third-party in-vitro study (DPPH assay) showed that our patented form of Ginsenoside Compound K exhibits as strong antioxidant power as Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) at the concentration of 750ppm. The results also indicated that at a higher concentration, Ginsenoside Compound K’s antioxidant power can potentially exceed the maximum antioxidant power of Vitamin C.
