I absolutely love this serum! Not only does it smooth fine lines and even out my skin tone, but it’s also incredible for breakouts. A tiny drop on a pimple and it’s gone almost overnight! It gives my skin an instant boost of brightness, and I love how soft, hydrated, and smooth it leaves my face. It’s definitely a staple in my skincare rotation, perfect for those days when my skin needs a little extra love. Highly recommend!

I use this serum more like a spot treatment on active breakouts and it’s wonderful. It’s very cooling and intense but the results always show the next day. I also love that it has brighteners to help with the post inflammatory erythema after a breakout. Will keep in my cupboard at all times.

If they discontinue this I will not survive

Wonderful serum! It lives up to its claims and reduces breakouts very quickly compared to all other serums I've tried. Moisturizing well after application is key as it is quite drying.

My second purchase of the iS Active Serum and this time I got the 30 ml size. I've been using the active serum pretty much everyday and sometimes twice a day for over a month now and its made a difference in crows feet around my eyes and its even out my skin tone, which I wasn't looking to solve as something I noticed but now that I see how even my skin looks, I'm pretty impressed and this serum is now part of my daily routine. I love that I can still feel the slight tingle on my skin when I put it on. Because this serum is thinner, I usually layer it with another serum. Either way, I'd miss that daily tingle, the light smell and and the end results are really visible/lasting. For me, this Active serum clearly works. - Honest review from a mid 50's guy.

This is not a bad serum at all but I am struggling to determine if this is actually helping. I first started using it 3 years ago prior to discovering BR and the complete iribiol and dermopurifiante creme. At that time my chin and my jawline was full of hormonal bumps and this did nothing to me. I stopped it and tried it again when my husband needed something for his pimples (btw, works wonders for him in one night gets rid of EVERYTHING on his skin!) and I found it being clarifying, but again not getting rid of any active breakouts (I only have them now around my periods). So it is good but not as good as BR. And for pregnant women be careful, this contains arbutin - a derivative of hydroquinone that is not safe for pregnancy.

Wow, this is a strong serum and was immediately impressed with it and you do feel the effects within a few minutes. My only complaint would be that the "how to use" info on the site says 3-4 drops of serum. I personally found the serum to be thin and if I am not mistaken, being botanically sourced, the serum might have been in an alcohol base. I found that putting drops in my palm caused the base to evaporate and I probably needed closer to 10 drops. I think I was expecting a thicker consistency and found the thinner consistency harder to apply or spread around BUT I did find it effective too and I would purchase again and will try a few other of the iS Clinical products. - Honest review from a mid 50's guy.

I love this serum. It has a nice cooling and tingly feeling. Keeps my skin clear and I find it to give a nice glow as well
