The Land Vert Mousse Scented Candle gives a contemporary interior an unaffected deco accent, thanks to the floral perfume Chardon Sauvage. Reassuring, relaxing and intriguing: discover the notes of blue sea thistle, carrot seed and oak moss. This original scented candle with light woody accents is reminiscent of nature and changes the atmosphere.


 How to use:
  • For homogeneous combustion, we recommend that you do not blow out the candle before the entire surface of the candle has become liquid.
  • For correct combustion, we advise you to cut the wick to a height of 1 cm before each use.
  • To preserve the candle: do not expose it to extremely high temperatures when not in use

      No! Note that the refund does not include the delivery charges of original shipping to you, or return postage costs unless we've made an error or the item is damaged or defective.

      Your package was marked "delivered", but I haven't received it!

      We do our best to make your order goes out on the same day it was placed. We also make sure express (Canada post, Purolator or FedEx), once the order has left our warehouse, we can't guarantee the delivery time. Rest assure that we will be there to help.

      When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status. 

      Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:

      • Delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
      • We always update your order with your tracking and carrier, so you can contact them directly with your tracking.  Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery.
      • If the package still does not show up, please call the carrier to file a claim. Loshen & Crem cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the carrier or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!

      7 DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE

      LOSHEN & CREM wants all of its customers to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us.

      However, we understand there may be occasions where you want to return items ordered in error. 

      This is why we offer a 7-day guarantee, so if for any reason you change your mind about your order, return it unopened, in its original condition, within 7 days of the date you received it. Please note that the refund does not include the original shipping costs to you, or return postage costs unless we've made an error or the item is damaged or defective.



      DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

      While we do our best to ensure all items are dispatched correctly and in perfect condition, occasionally items may get damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. In the case of damaged goods or order process errors, we will collect and exchange the item at no extra cost to yourself. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@loshen.ca within 3 days after receiving your order.
