        Tanning Tips

        Before

        • Exfoliate and moisturize24 hours before you apply your self tan, paying particular attention to elbows, knees, ankles and problem areas
        • Wax or shave at least 48 hours prior to treatment.this allows the pores time to close. Dotting in pores may appear if not adhered to.
        • Don’t apply moisturiser, perfume, deodorant or makeup on the day of application.these products may act as a barrier against your skin and can prevent the tanning actives from developing evenly.

        After

        • Wear dark loose clothing tight clothing or underwear may cause marks. wear loose fitting shoes.
        • Moisturize everyday after applying your self taner consider using a gradual tan so that your tan is continually being topped up and your tan lasts longer.
        • After day 5, exfoliate with a soft body polish on a daily basis this help your skin absorb even more moisturizer and keep it looking and feeling gorgeous. This also helps the tan fade naturally, rather than in patches.
        How to use 

        Use Rose Illuminating Facial Tan Mist daily to build or maintain your existing self tan.

        1. Ensure face is freshly cleansed and dry
        2. Spray face and décolletage evenly keeping nozzle at least 15cm /6” away from skin.
        3. Allow a few minutes to dry before applying makeup or skincare.

        No! Note that the refund does not include the delivery charges of original shipping to you, or return postage costs unless we've made an error or the item is damaged or defective.

        You can return any unopened or damaged items purchased within 7 days that aren’t marked as final sale

        Your package was marked "delivered", but I haven't received it!

        We do our best to make your order goes out on the same day it was placed. We also make sure express (Canada post, Purolator or FedEx), once the order has left our warehouse, we can't guarantee the delivery time. Rest assure that we will be there to help.

        When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status. 

        Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:

        • Delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
        • We always update your order with your tracking and carrier, so you can contact them directly with your tracking.  Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery.
        • If the package still does not show up, please call the carrier to file a claim. Loshen & Crem cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the carrier or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!

        However, we understand there may be occasions where you want to return items ordered in error. 

        This is why we offer a 7-day guarantee, so if for any reason you change your mind about your order, return it unopened, in its original condition, within 7 days of the date you received it. Please note that the refund does not include the original shipping costs to you, or return postage costs unless we've made an error or the item is damaged or defective.



        DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

        While we do our best to ensure all items are dispatched correctly and in perfect condition, occasionally items may get damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. In the case of damaged goods or order process errors, we will collect and exchange the item at no extra cost to yourself.
